Overview

AI Bootcamp Trainer ("the Program") is operated by Michael Ross. This policy explains what information we collect from participants, how it is used, and who can access it.

What we collect

During the guided intake, participants voluntarily provide information about their military background, current situation, and financial goals, which may include details related to their DD-214. We also collect basic contact information (name and email) when you register.

How your intake data is used

Your intake responses are used to generate your personalized AI-driven wealth plan. This is a private, individual process: program administrators, including Michael Ross, do not view individual participants' intake responses or generated plans. The AI works for you directly, and your data is not reviewed, scored, or shared as part of delivering the program.

Who can access your information

You — at all times, in full.
Program administrators — only for basic registration details (name, email, registration status), not intake content or generated plans.
No third parties. We do not sell, rent, or share participant information with advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties.

Data storage & security

Participant data is stored using reasonable technical and administrative safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. No system is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security, but we do not share your data in ways that would increase your exposure.

Data retention

We retain registration and intake data for as long as needed to operate the program and, in de-identified/aggregate form, to report participation outcomes. You can request deletion of your personal data at any time (see below).

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing info@aibootcamptrainer.ai.

Children's privacy

This program is intended for adult U.S. military Veterans and is not directed at, or knowingly collecting information from, anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a material way, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered participants directly.
